CALL FOR ENTRIES: Emerging Artist Scholarship Competition
Gallery 110, a non-profit artist-member owned collective based in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, will offer membership to two (2) Northwest artists who are in the early stages of her/his/their career and cannot afford the required membership dues & fees. Our jurors will choose six artists for a competitive exhibition during which two of the artists will be awarded a “scholarship” to cover their dues/fees as a member of Gallery 110 and will receive some assistance with costs associated with preparing work for exhibition. The artists will have the same benefits and responsibilities as other members: an 18-month contract which allows each a solo show in that time frame and the opportunity to participate in gallery operations.
