Artist Statement As humans, we live in a fast paced, high tech world. The importance of nature in our lives and for our existence has been lost. The loss separates us from who we are, from our intuition, from our sense of being grounded. Havoc ensues. A New York artist asked me, “Where are the people in your paintings?” We are nature, and in nature, is our peace. What we most need to do is to sing with the Earth on the inside.
