Perfect Families
Fab Rideti

In her new series of photographs titled Perfect Families, Fab Rideti underscores the multiplicity of the family face via the literary vehicle of the seven deadly sins.

Gluttony

Fab Rideti, Gluttony

The essence and richness of human nature resides in contrasts. Each of Rideti’s photographs offers two contrasting views of the same family. Merging disparate realities into what appear to be a single scene spotlights the all-too-human desire to appear as kinder, more generous, and generally “better” than we are.
