Amy Pleasant has been featured in many group and solo shows in the Pacific Northwest, Chicago, Los Angeles and Amsterdam. Gallery 110 is excited to showing work from Pleasant’s Journey Towards Abstraction series;

work exploring gradations of abstractions applied to figurative and abstract images. Jerry Gordon has recently returned to Seattle after time spent at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, where he received his MFA. Within his oeuvre, Gordon attempts to explore such conceptual ideas as the dichotomy between everything and nothing, and the ways in which these can bleed into one another with intention.

The work of Danielle Foushée is rooted in both painting and drawing, experimenting in between the realms of two and three-dimensionality. Susan Christensen uses her art to explore color and line as reference points to a larger, and more existential whole than simply the sum of its parts. M R McDonald is a photographer from Eastern Washington, shooting almost exclusively of downtown Seattle, Pike Place, and Capitol Hill. His subjects largely consist of the decaying picturesque found in the urban environment. Finally, 110 welcomes the talent and vision of Incoming’s curator, George Brandt, through mixed media installation.
