A-M Petersons

There’s no special formula to artist A-M Petersons’ work, inspiration can strike anywhere. Whether it’s from gazing out at a winter garden, cruising the streets of Detroit to admire the urban landscape, or looking at rocks in a PNW riverbed, she gets an idea and then needs to work through it on paper, board or canvas.

A-M Petersons is a painter and printmaker living in Seattle, Washington. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University in Toronto and a year-long stint studying drawing, painting and art history in Paris, life detoured her into full time digital marketing. She’s recently found her way back to doing one of her favorite things: playing with paint, pencils, and ink.
